Affiliate Disclosure
Full transparency on how we fund The Gambia Hub.
The short version
Some pages on The Gambia Hub contain affiliate links. If you click one and complete a qualifying action (for example, sending your first money transfer), we may earn a small commission from the provider — at no extra cost to you. These commissions help keep the site free to use and free of intrusive ads.
Our editorial independence
Commissions never change what we recommend. Providers are ranked on genuine merits — exchange rates, fees, speed, coverage in The Gambia, and user experience. We include non-affiliate options (like Western Union and MoneyGram) in our comparisons when they matter to readers, and we're happy to say when a paid provider isn't the best pick for a given corridor or use case.
Where you'll see affiliate links
Currently, affiliate links appear only in our remittance category — specifically our Send money to Gambia guide and rate comparison page. Providers we may earn commissions from include Wise, Remitly and WorldRemit. If we expand into other categories (banking, education, travel), we will add clear disclosures on those pages too.
